Main draft for editing

Thanks Shawna for cleaning things up.  All - please use Shawna's document to edit this week.  I added Section VII that was missing. We will meet at 1PMCT/2PMET next Friday, 12/14.  Jordan, what is the best way to edit documents on basecamp?  Is the best way for each member to announce they are "editing please do not edit now" and then the next person can edit on top of that new document that they replace the old document with?

I took the first look at this and super kuddos to everyone! Attached is the document with some comments.

In the first section, I highlighted the words we can cut to reduce the word count to below 500. I also
