1.  Core group drafts the position statement using the 2018 template and puts the draft on basecamp with a week for comments (November)
2.  December 17th meet to go over draft.

2.  We transfer to the new 2019 template and Jordan emails it to the VBD subcommittee and schedule a VBD subcommittee call (January).

3.  After incorporating comments from the VBD subcommittee, share with the ID and S/I Steering Committees for comments (January).

4. Incorporate any additional comments and submit to CSTE (February).
