Population totals all point to 2017 values in Template for Ped Inj SER

In the "Final" version of the Excel template of the Pedestrian Inj SER, in Tabs D-H, for the "Rates per 100,000 calculations" all the formulas point to the 2017 population totals. For example, in Tab "D_Year 2", Column N, the population total is for 2017 but should be for 2018 (and should be 2019 in "E_Year 3" and so forth. It appears to hold true for all the gender and race specific population totals across all the years.

This will affect further calculations in the spreadsheet.

Anyone else notice this?

I've corrected all the formulas in that tab and replaced the file on Basecamp so that shouldn't be a problem anymore.

One more thing: In "J_Figure 3" data in cells A8-G14 point to the age adjusted rates in "G_Year 5" but since each specific age group is shown in the Figure shouldn't the reference value point back to the crude rate calculations? It should only point to the age adjusted value if the graph was rate by sex overall, adjusted for age.

I've gone ahead and changed that so you can enter either age-adjusted OR crude rates into that table, with added instructions to change the title to reflect which one you selected to go with.
