- Megan to schedule Performance Meetings with each team member for week of 2/5/18
- Megan would like to implement more of a quarterly performance check-in

- Megan to request notes link be added to an updated calendar invitation for Jennifer (call-in information currently incorrect)
Conference
- Megan to share pre-email with team for sending to sponsored travelers
- Sponsored traveler email to be sent on February 1
- Passkey is a new system that CSTE is testing this year and will only allow folks to book a room after registering for confernece
