INVITATION RESPONSE - Deadline is Friday, April 28
Please review the invitation details in Speaker's Corner for presentation date, time, and other session information carefully and accept or decline the invitation no later than Friday, April 28, 2017. Submission of an abstract implies that presenting authors are committed to making the presentation at the conference. Should circumstances change and a presenting author is unable to attend, then the author is responsible for finding a substitute presenting author. Presenting authors that fail to respond by the deadline will be considered accepted and expected to present. All facilitators, presenting authors, and moderators are required to pay applicable registration fees. CSTE does not provide a travel allowance or honorarium.
PRESENTATION UPLOAD - Advance deadline is Friday, May 26
Slides for oral presentations should be uploaded through Speaker's Corner by the advance deadline of Friday, May 26, 2017. After the advance deadline, presentations may only be uploaded or updated onsite in the speaker ready room no later than 24 hours prior to the start of your session. Handouts for poster and roundtable sessions may also be uploaded through Speaker's Corner.
