Speaker/Moderator Invitations


Abstract communications for speaker and moderator invitations as well as rejected abstract notifications are scheduled for distribution Wednesday morning, March 22. 

Copies of all communications will be available through Outlook --Public Folders --Abstracts. 

Staff with access to Confex, can view reports for speaker and moderator invitations. In Confex, under your Control Panel --Reports --Speaker's Corner Presenter Responses OR Speaker's Corner Moderator Responses. This report provides a direct link for you to view what the speaker or moderator will see in their session details, invitation response, presentation upload and permissions.
