Please see the attached bid analysis from our preliminary construction pricing exercise to use as a budget range. We went out to four general contractors and feel the scope is well covered by all vendors. We’ll vet out true pricing once we get the final drawings out for bid. The good news is, these numbers are consistent with our baseline estimates provided in the master budget, so we don’t have to modify any scope right away.
