Please Complete the 2021 Syndromic Surveillance Symposium Post-Event Assessment

I hope everyone had a restful holiday weekend! A friendly reminder to please complete the 2021 Syndromic Surveillance Symposium post-event assessment. The purpose of this assessment is to capture participant feedback to assess the overall experience, the extent to which event objectives were met, and for future NSSP CoP event planning. The assessment includes 23 questions and should take no more than 5 minutes to complete, and responses will be anonymous and only used in the aggregate form. 
 
We kindly request that you complete the assessment by EOD this Friday, December 3rd.
NOTE: The assessment form works best on Google Chrome or Firefox.
 
As a reminder, all Symposium recordings and materials are currently being compiled and will be made available to all registrants in the coming weeks.
