Happy Friday!! If you are planning to go to the CSTE Annual Conference and didn't receive a sponsorship, be sure to register for the AITT Workshop using code: AITT2018. This code should only be used for AITT participants. Also be sure to book your hotel for Sunday-Wednesday. Sessions with presentations end at 2pm on Wednesday and the remainder of the day is for discussing position statements. The Thursday business meeting is only for the State Epidemiologists and for position statement authors. If you need to travel on alternate dates, let me know. CSTE is covering your registration and flight upfront, you will submit for reimbursement after you attend the conference for your hotel, ground transportation, baggage fee, and per diem; plan to receive reimbursement 30 days from submitting your reimbursement form.
