Webinar 3 - Input Needed

The topic for Webinar 3 will be evaluation for public health informatics.  The proposed learning objectives for the webinar are listed below:

Learning Objectives
By the end of the training participants will be able to:
  • Explain the purpose and timing of evaluation in the context of public health informatics
  • Discuss the difference between formative and summative evaluation
  • Define models that guide Public Health Informaticians regarding what to evaluate
  • Describe a framework and strategy for evaluating public health information systems
  • Describe the steps for conducting an evaluation utilizing an existing evaluation framework
