The next Council in-person meeting will be held September 13-14 in Denver, CO at the Crowne Plaza Denver.

- Attached is the project proposal form for any new project proposals to be discussed. Please submit your completed project proposals to me by COB August 13.

- The meeting will be held at the Crowne Plaza Denver: 1450 Glenarm Place, Denver, CO, 80202. Phone: 303-573-1450
- A discounted group rate of $159.00/night + tax is available for Tuesday, September 12 through Thursday, September 14. *Please notify me as soon as possible if you will need accommodations Thursday night.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available in the sleeping and meeting rooms. Complimentary breakfast and breaks will be provided in the meeting room. Lunch is on your own.
- Please make your hotel reservations using the group reservation link found HERE.
- The deadline to make your hotel reservation is August 13.
- Transportation
- For commutes to and from the Denver International Airport (DEN), you can reserve a ride through SuperShuttle ($25 one way), rideshare, taxi, or you can take the direct light rail.
- Denver International Airport has a direct light rail connection from the airport to downtown. Getting From your Flight to the Station:
- When exiting the aircraft, follow signs for baggage claim or the transit center. From the B and C Concourses, board the airport people mover tram to get to Jeppesen Terminal where baggage claim and ground transportation is located. From the A Concourse, you may ride the tram or walk across the pedestrian bridge following the signs to the terminal.
- Domestic arrivals are located in the center of the main terminal on Level 5. Baggage claim is also located on Level 5. To get to Denver Airport Station, follow signs to the "Transit Center" and proceed to the south end of the main terminal on Level 5 (located under the large American flag). Exit the terminal through the sliding glass doors and take the escalator located in the center of the plaza down to Level 1.
- Once you arrive at Union Station, walk (3 mins) to the corner of 16th Street Mall and Wynkoop St to catch the Free MallRide. Get off at 16th Street Mall & Glenarm Pl and walk (3 mins) to the Crowne Plaza Denver.

Just a reminder that the deadline to reserve your hotel room at the Crowne Plaza is August 13. I am aware that the room block for the night of Thursday, Sept 14 has not been available to some of you and am working with the hotel to fix that issue. Do not change your plans yet- we do have enough rooms for that night blocked. If you call and are told the hotel is sold out, please send me an email.
