If it hasn't shown so far, I'm thinking we could talk about the exchange of sequencing information with focus on identification and reporting of known variant COVID-19 sequences.

Thanks Jim. I think that would be helpful. It looks like a question on this was also posed to the National ELR group as well, I think by California. 

If we have time, I'd also like to give a brief update on some stuff coming through HL7 that I think this group should be aware of. 

I'm also wondering if it wouldn't be helpful to start a discussion around what we heard presented on a recent Surveillance Policy call from NHSN regarding SANER and eCR. Folks might think its a bit premature since I believe a subsequent call is being scheduled to get into details and address questions/concerns.

Also from the national ELR basecamp, it looks like Jason Hall may be working on putting together ELR guidance... It might be worth asking him to join us on Friday. Let me know if you want me to reach out to him.
