This is the final version of the NIOSH EPR chapter that has been approved by NIOSH.  Please note that there is a comment in this version that asks that the final assemblers/editors please add the name of the chapter that contains the Oregon example of an ERHMS application (this comes from the Behavioral Health Chapter).  NIOSH would also like that there be a link to that example for readers.
