Hi Richard.  I posted the chapter draft with a version that has my comments.  I think this chapter is excellent!  My comments are few.  I think it is comprehensive and reads well.  The draft write-up of the example(s) DR2 applications and the  piece on NTP &/or other institutions will be welcome.
