Good Evening, 

Please note that this is the initial draft and we welcome edits and comments.  Once we complete these 2 sections, we will move on to the next.  Please submit edit, comments, and/or concerns by February 3 to ensure that we maintain on track.  It is important to note that the policy brief does not have to be incredibly long -- I attempted to highlight the overall concern in the statement of the problem.  Please let me know if you feel we need to add additional information.

Hi, I think this is a great first draft! Putting my occupational public health hat on for a moment, would it be worth mentioning that some of these environmental exposures also affect school faculty and staff? When they get sick, their absence or working while unhealthy impacts their performance as teachers which then impacts student learning outcomes.
