Did the email invitations get sent out? I didn't receive anything. 

Hi Lisa, 

In the portal we have your email address listed as (lmchugh@pa.gov), is that correct?

If you are unable to access the assessment, it may mean the following items: the email is in your junk or spam folders or you have not added enough raters. Remember to add at least 3 Peers, or 1 Supervisor, or 3 Direct Reports, or 3 Others.

I didn't receive an email either and I have no messages in my junk mailbox. Please advise :) (email = miranda.d.smith@tn.gov)

Kristy - my email is correct and there is nothing in my spam or junk mailbox. I'm unclear what you mean by "not added enough raters". If I didn't get an email not sure how I was supposed to take this action.

There was an interruption in the G360 server during the email invitation process which caused the delay. It should be resolved now and all invitations have been sent out. Thank you for all of your patience as we are also learning how to navigate the new 360 platform. If there is anything else that is missing or you still have not received an invitation email, feel free to let us know so we can further troubleshoot.

Kristy , I was wondering if we get the results after enough people have filled it out/everyone it was sent to filled it out or when the survey closes on 5/6?

Hi Miranda,

Yes! Once all the evaluations are completed, there will be an email sent by the same sender from G360 of a link to access your results. 

Did anyone get their results yet? I confirmed with my raters that they completed the survey but I never received an email with the results.

It seems like either some assessments were not fully or partially completed. I will extend the deadline to this Friday, May 13th and send email reminders to all raters.

Oh that is concerning. I will follow-up with my group directly to remind them to complete.

Kristy  , I just confirmed with all of my raters that they completed the assessment and had confirmation emails to prove it. However, I still never got an email with my results. Are you able to check why this might be?

Is there a way I can see who I added that did not complete and either follow up with them or remove them?

Hi Kelly   I have just checked your portal and you are correct that all raters have submitted their evaluation successfully. I have ended your assessment so you should be receiving an email with your results soon. Feel free to let me know if you have not received any communications from G360 by tomorrow.
