CSTE Annual Conference 2022

Everyone should have received their sponsored travel emails this week with the link to register for the conference and book your hotel. Please use these links so you do not need to pay out of pocket for registration or hotel. Let me know if you did not receive your sponsorship email. Hi Jessica, is there a tentative agenda at this time or specific days that the CSTE LEAD cohorts will be getting together? I'm also curious when is the deadline to register in person or change to remote? I have a potential conflict that I am hoping to navigate as best as possible. Thanks!

there is a tentative conference agenda available. We currently do not have any LEAD meet ups scheduled yet. It is preferable to complete your registration by the early bird deadline of May 5th; the earlier you register the more options you have to attend a Sunday Workshop. We should know by early April at the latest if we are going to have the hybrid or virtual only conference. I don't believe there will be penalties if you need to switch from in person to virtual registration.

Yes, I did receive it. We may have limitations in travel...I can register and reserve now, but will there be virtual option if needed?

you can definitely reserve now. We currently have options for some sessions to be online only, live streamed while others are planned (at the moment) to be only in person. Some components will be virtual regardless.

Just a reminder to complete your CSTE Conference registration by tomorrow's early bird deadline. You can always switch from in person to virtual at a later date if needed. Also be sure to reserve your hotel room after you complete your registration so you have a room if you are able to attend. CSTE will be releasing unbooked rooms to the public in early May. Let me know if you have any questions.
