This program has been approved for 1.0 Certified in Public Health (CPH) credit by the Region 2 Public Health Training Center. The Region 2 Public Health Training Center is a certified CPH provider by the National Board of Public Health Examiners.

In this workshop, we’ll go through what psychological safety is, why it is important and what kind of concrete tools there are for building psychological safety in a team. I will also introduce what we have found to be the most common topics teams want to discuss when building a more psychologically safe atmosphere and then we’ll co-create some practices around them.

Good morning Sarah! Thank you for sharing the training resources! The Adaptive Leadership seems very relevant given the changes/restructuring we have and are still going through. I registered!
