WI DHS Approval Process Review

I'm attaching the Wisconsin Department of Health Services' Approval Process communication policy. It details different review processes by document type and mode of communication. Also including the Exceptions policy that outlines specific reports that do not need to go through approval review. Since we're a big Department, the Division of Public Health sections (DPH) are probably most relevant to this group.
These policies are housed on our intranet site. The exported webpage format is a little hard to follow, so let me know if you have any questions or comments.
