One of the challenges we are faced with post pandemic is setting up quality assurance systems - the landscape has changed dramatically because of the sheer volume of data, and tools that we used pre-pandemic don't necessarily work as well anymore. I would love to have a discussion around how people are approaching this, what tools/platforms are in play, what works/what does not

I think this is a great suggestion.  1) We've had some data creep in that was incorrect - would love suggestions from others on how to prevent/detect some of those kinds of errors 2) We are working on a system to provide some summary feedback to labs - both to sanity check that we are getting all the data we should and provide some overall quality metrics 3) We are really worried about our ability to track all the errors once we have to deal with this with a smaller staff - and trying to think about how to further automate those processes.
