We have 3 topics that we would love to hear addressed on the call:
* Is there/will there be a way to identify tests that are conducted at home? We aren’t seeing an easy way to identify these by LOINC code or perhaps device type?
* Is there/will there be a way to identify tests where specimen collection is done by the patient at home?
* We attempt to validate CLIA numbers prior to accepting lab data from new facilities. We are finding that we frequently receive data/hear from a lab about a new facility quite a bit before the CLIA number can be confirmed using the tools (from the CDC and CMS sites). Are there suggestions for how to handle these?
I’m not sure how full the agenda may be – but thought I would put in a plug for some specific topics or perhaps a more general presentation on public health handling of at home COVID tests.
