Is there a consensus among the states for AOE reporting in ELR in terms of once per COVID test, once per message, or perhaps only wanting it on direct detection (PCR, Antigen) and not on the Antibody tests?

PA prefers one time per Accession or per Message. Ideally I prefer they never be sent to PA. I would also argue for Antigen or PCR only if you must send them.

Iowa prefers 1 set of AOE items per OBR group. Test type doesn't matter.

From NYC - though others might disagree! I do not think we need AOE on negatives but if easier to implement ok to get it on both pos and neg. Also, would think one set per specimen should be fine.
