SARS-CoV-2 Variant Reporting and OTC reporting
As a follow up from the Open ELR call last week (2/17) I am posting the 2 documents shared on the call to get broader input - please provide by EOD 2/23 via email to riki.merrick@aphl.org (I will also monitor responses here, if folks prefer.
Illinois is “no” across the board on all these home testing.
I did it this way so I could include our team and make sure everyone is aware of how I answered these.
Thanks
Todd
Sincerely,
Millie

I was specifically looking for feedback on the content of the documents - of course we do also want to colelct if you want OTC, so this works both ways.
I have uploaded the OTC guidance document as well as the description about the SARS-CoV-2 variants now using SCT conceptIDs from the APHL extension namespace. I did not update the other document, as that is currently pointing to the offical CDC guidance, which will be updated shortly. One open item is still the test messages for the At-Home reporting - I will upload those, when I have them.
