This month, the Commitment to Service Committee planned to go to Dekalb County Animal Services to assist with the care, feeding, and playing with some of the animals at the shelter. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 restrictions, the event was postponed (not cancelled!) until it is safer to have more than a few people congregate and when this period of social distancing is over. Thanks to everyone on the committee for organizing the opportunity, and especially Alesha Thompson for coordinating with the animal services center and planning the event.
