Need for Feedback from Whole Group!

HI all,  As part of the Leadership Communications Workgroup, we have a few questions for you to help us with developing the toolkit we envision.  Can you assist by briefly answering the following: 

  1. For your jurisdiction, who is "Leadership"? Who is the toolkit's target audience?  Is it DOH Commissioner/DIrector's staff?  Is it IT?  Is it Legal? All of the above? Someone else?  
  2. Who would most likely be the DELIVERER of the message?  Is it you as a SyS practitioner?  Or your program director? I.e., would the messages be coming from You to the Target Audience?  Or are we creating a message from your Program Mgr to Department Administration?

Teresa, Kristen, Deborah could you post your Leadership Communication Workgroup project Mini Charter.  I think it would help inform in reaching out to management to answer your questions.  I'm only seeing the Cross Border Data Sharing, and Alerts charters posted (under project documents)

Hi Carolyn, Thank you! And  I'm sorry to bug you but I'm not sure where your hightlights are?  Did you highlight the original document or put a copy somewhere?  I'm still trying to figure out basecamp so it could be somewhere but I just am not sure where to go.

Sorry, I'm not too sure how basecamp works either, I had just replied directly from your email, but I guess that wasn't helpful! haha I've highlighted below.
