Thanks to everyone for your feedback on the assessment tool so far.  Attached is the final draft that was the product of the 3/17 workgroup call with all feedback/revisions to-date included (in track-changes).  We were missing a few folks on this last call, so we’d like to give everyone a chance for one more look through before sharing with the larger workgroup.  If you have any additional comments, please send those to Erin, Audrey, and myself by Friday Mar 24th.
