Glad you asked! The Esri Demographic team has created four unique ArcGIS Online hosted feature layers. Each layer contains a carefully selected set of variables to create a layer theme.

✔ “Popular” Demographics: popular Esri variables including population, age, income, race, and more!

✔ Poverty: ACS 2012-2016 household poverty status variables and at risk income types (disability, social security, etc)

✔ Home Ownership & Mortgages: ACS 2012-2016 home ownership, loan, and mortgage variables

✔ School Enrollment: ACS 2012-2016 school enrollment variables
