👏 Opportunity for Informatics Host Sites

CSTE is currently accepting applications from state, territorial, local, and tribal public health agencies to host an informatics fellow in the Applied Public Health Informatics Fellowship (APHIF). This is a 2-year program where CSTE facilitates a match between a host site and a fellow, who is a recent grad or early career professional in public health informatics. The host site must provide 2 mentors and support the fellow’s career development. CSTE’s funding covers the fellow’s stipend and health insurance. The application has several components, including project descriptions and letters of support, so we recommend starting sooner rather than later.  Applications are due January 3, 2023.
