Please join the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists (CSTE) on Tuesday, February 21st, 2023 at 1:00pm for a webinar entitled “The power of Arcade and Living Atlas content in ArcGIS Online” hosted by the Spatial Analysis Workgroup. Diana Lavery loves working with data. She has over a decade of experience as a practitioner of demography, sociology, economics, policy analysis, and GIS. Diana holds a BA in quantitative economics and an MA in applied demography. She is a senior product engineer on ArcGIS Living Atlas of the World's Policy Maps team.
This presentation will help attendees learn how to create flexible content for symbology, labels, and pop-ups using Arcade in ArcGIS Online. Bring in authoritative content from Living Atlas to add additional spatial context to your maps. Create and use FeatureSets to pull attributes in from other layers. This session will cover an overview of the new Arcade editor, showing how to use the IntelliSense and built-in documentation to your advantage. Examples will range include combining attributes, handling nulls, testing for statistical significance, and using geometry functions.
