For certain, a common thread of the presentations and breakout room discussions for me was relationships. We heard about informal environments where making personal connections organically facilitated discussions with the right folks. We heard about more formal processes that, in the end, engineered valuable multi-perspective feedback.
Keep striving to make and nurture those personal connections. They make IT work.
