John S.
Hello. I'm John Satre, Informatician with the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services. I have been in an ever-evolving role since late 2004. I started out documenting process flow and gathering business requirements for Iowa's original epi-designed Iowa Disease Surveillance System which went live in 2008. After that focused on implementing ELR and interstate exchange (before it was called InterPartner). Now my team is focused - in part - on implementation of a new, next generation epi-designed Iowa Disease Surveillance System and implementation of eCR thereafter.
