eCR/RCKMS Community of Practice

The purpose of the eCR/RCKMS Community of Practice Basecamp is to provide staff from state, local, territorial, and tribal public health agencies with a venue to participate in peer-to-peer discussions pertaining to using RCKMS. This Basecamp is not intended for formal communications about RCKMS or eCR and will not be moderated by CSTE staff. eICR received months after pt's death

We had an eICR come through with COVID19 back in October 2021. The patient had a dx of purpura a few years ago so it's in the problem list(not resolved) and we only got the eICR for Covid which is correct. In December 2021 the patient expired and we just received a case report April 2022. 

Condition: Meningococcal disease

We have authored the clinical criteria of Purpura and Pt is Deceased as necessary in the Provider/Facility Reporting so it seems that combo triggered it and thought it was interesting and a scenario worth a mention that it can happen like this months later.
