Good morning RCKMS users,
Beginning at 11AM ET, Tuesday, January 18, 2022 and continuing until 5PM ET on Friday, January 28, 2022, the RCKMS System will undergo a major maintenance update to improve the resiliency and performance.
During this two-week period, all authoring and publishing of reporting specifications will be disabled in the RCKMS Authoring Interface.
All Reporting Specifications published prior to 11AM ET on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 will continue to be in effect and jurisdictions will continue to receive eICRs and Reportability Responses (RRs) according to any published Reporting Specifications.
We recommend all users review your jurisdiction-specific reporting specifications and plan to SAVE/PUBLISH ANY CHANGES before 10:59AM ET January 18, 2022.
How does this impact me?
Disabling of Rules Authoring and Publishing– Due to the nature of the update, authoring and publishing or Reporting Specifications will be disabled in the Authoring Interface during the update period. Users will still be able to log into the Authoring Interface, view previously imported reporting specifications, and run test cases on previously published reporting specifications; however, they will not be able to import, edit, or publish reporting specifications for their jurisdiction.
The table below summarizes what functionality will be available to users.
Processing of eICRs
The update will not impact eICR processing. Messages will continue to be processed during the update period according to the Reporting Specifications published prior to 11AM ET on January 18, 2022.
