RCKMS Authoring Tool - Display Issue with Patient Age Criteria Labels

The RCKMS Team has identified an issue in the authoring tool related to dynamic criteria label text for Reporting Specifications that include both patient age and timeboxing criteria. It is possible for the patient age criteria label to change to “Patient age undefined” when timeboxing is enabled for conditions in CR12 that use the new patient age criteria template. Although the criteria label displays “age undefined,” the correct age parameters are saved and RCKMS correctly evaluates reportability based on the defined age parameters. There is a related scenario in the case of conditions with multiple age criteria where an error message pops up when saving the Reporting Specification and the user is unable to complete the save operation.

The RCKMS team is currently working on a patch to the Authoring Tool which will be released shortly. If your jurisdiction encounters the age label issue or an error when setting a timebox duration, please submit a ticket here https://aphlinformatics.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/group/75. An RCKMS team member will be able to assist you with refreshing the criteria label text so that it is correct.
