Frontend UI Changes & Enhancements
1. Specifications Grid changes:
- Added the ability for users to inactivate logic sets, similar to how criteria can be inactivated. In the Specifications Grid, inactive logic sets are highlighted in blue and display an ‘Inactive’ indicator at the upper right of the logic set column.
- Added a visual indicator that a logic set is ‘Not Implemented’. In the Specifications Grid, ‘Not Implemented’ logic sets are highlighted in magenta and display a ‘Not Implemented’ indicator at the upper right of the logic set column.
- Added a ‘Hide Inactive Logic Sets’ checkbox to the Specifications Grid. By default, this checkbox is unchecked and inactive logic sets are displayed. When checked, inactive logic sets (both those that are not implemented and those that are marked inactive) are hidden from the grid.
- The label of the ‘Show Inactive Criteria’ checkbox has been changed to ‘Hide Inactive Criteria’ for consistency with the new ‘Hide Inactive Logic Sets’ checkbox. By default, this checkbox is checked and inactive criteria are hidden. Unchecking the box will display inactive criteria in the grid.
2. Changes to the ‘Criteria/Logic Sets’ tab:
- Added an ‘Inactivate’ checkbox to the ‘Edit Logic Set’ dialog. Checking this box marks the logic set inactive and excludes it from consideration in RCKMS reportability determinations.
- Added an ‘Inactive’ column to the Logic Sets table on the Criteria/Logic Sets tab.
- Added field validation to prevent saving a logic set with a blank 'Logic Set Name.'
- The ‘Reporter Type’ selection list on the ‘Edit Logic Set’ dialog now indicates if a Reporter Type is ‘Not Implemented’. Currently only the ‘Provider/Facility Reporting’ Reporter Type is implemented.
- Added ‘Implemented’ and 'Not Implemented' indicators to the 'Import Existing Logic Sets' dialog.
3. Fixed an issue in the Authoring Tool where the ‘Save’ and ‘Apply’ buttons were enabled in the Reporting Specification Editor although no changes had been made.
Backend Changes & Enhancements
- Added a new URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) field to the Code System Editor.
- Jurisdictions used for test-only purposes by RCKMS Administrators are now hidden from dropdown selection lists and reports accessed by jurisdiction users.
- Fixed an issue where the RCKMS Reporting Service could leave database connections open after data retrieval.
Report Changes
- Logic sets marked ‘Inactive’ are now excluded from the Condition Details Report.
