Hello:

On Tuesday August 13, 2024 at 3pm ET, there will be a special RCKMS training session to demonstrate how RCKMS users can use the new User-Defined Patient Age feature in the RCKMS authoring tool. The new User-Defined Patient Age feature will allow jurisdictions more flexibility in specifying patient ages that align with their reporting rules and regulations for certain conditions utilizing age criteria to determine reportability. Please use the attached to add the call invite to your calendar. Note: call is at 3PM Eastern Time.

The new User-Defined Patient Age feature will be available in the RCKMS tool starting August 16th for 25 conditions in RCKMS (24 Birth Defects and Infant Disorder Conditions and Varicella). The training session will demonstrate how to use the new tool feature, how to test the updated reporting specifications, and how to troubleshoot validation errors.
