Since Appendix 6 discusses surveillance of CO poisoning via searches of free text databases and ICD10-CM codes, and since it includes a comprehensive table of the various inclusion and exclusion terms used for text searches, I recommend that it also include a more comprehensive table of CO-related ICD10-CM codes (and subcodes) than those presented in Appendices 2 and 5, which are incomplete even if combined.  Not sure where to put this in the latest draft, however, so I offer it as a sidebar.
