Hey guys - Beverly has been posting a ton of information (room sets, speaker instructions, moderator instructions, podium instruction sheets, etc) that will be provided at conference. We don't necessarily always get this information directly, so its a good idea to at least give the handouts a read over in case you get questions/know what is being provided. You know.. the more ya know.

Hi all - I ordered a couple 16G flashdrives to have on hand (the CSTE ones are smaller and don't hold as much) for conference and other meetings. I think the pack came with 5, so connect with Brett/Michael if you want one. I also snagged a couple of the 1G CSTE drives since those can (often) walk away with members if borrowed for presentations 😀

I don't think there 'should' be, but I've been periodically checking just in case. I sent a ticket to IT as an FYI. From what we've heard so far, it doesn't sound like they'll be anxious to fix the Fortis email issue with Captiva rolling out soon.. but I'll let you know if they give any insight as to why there is a discrepancy!

Is there a difference in which email is received regarding portal vs desktop?

FYI - I just noticed that all my Fortis confirmation emails (except the initial submission emails, those are being delivered correctly) are being sent to my online Outlook portal (mail.cste.org/owa) but not to my 365 desktop email. Even the approved PDF versions!
