CDC Travel List to 2017 AC - Deadline Noon on January 9

Good afternoon,
 
Below is a link for the 2017 AC CDC travel list. The list includes submitted abstracts where an author self-identified their association with CDC as well as speakers submitted through the Qualtrics form. Our list is not a guarantee for travel approval as the number of travel slots and final travelers are determined by CDC. If you have any additional names at this point, especially critical attendees, then add them to the list no later than noon on Monday, January 9. After this time I will pull the list for submission to CDC and you may email me any changes.
