ID Team Meeting 4/17/17

1. Fiscal Friday
  • Process for Fiscal Friday is changing - will be utilizing a new 'Change Sheet' to request changes/revisions/updates to accounting reports
  • ID was done on Thursday, 4/13
  • Review spreadsheet from NSB 
    • Changes will be going through Jennifer (email JL and NSB)

2. One Pagers
  • ID Steering Committee 1-pager in Basecamp - no major overhaul, will only do minor updates to staff, projects
  • Other tools, resources?
    • Tools: Novel Flu Toolkit, CIFOR Toolkit and Guidelines, DAPS Toolkit
    • One Pagers: CIFOR 1-pager, CORHA 1-pager
    • Add to list in Basecamp if you are expecting any others (LINK HERE)
3. Annual Conference 
  • Respond to Beverly if she needs agenda/workshop information from you (email sent this morning 4/17)
  • Topic specific agendas (e.g. VBD specific presentations) - These are staff responsibility to do, optional not required.  As previous staff for examples of your topic areas for previous years
  • Personal Schedules - Can be a good idea to document where you need to be and when
    • Will cross-reference ID Team Schedules to make sure ID sessions are staffed (ID position statement roundtables & voting sessions)
  • Kristy Schedule & New Chair Schedule (can do on Basecamp in a few weeks) - will notate any sessions where Kristy and/or New Chair NEEDS to be (or would really like her to be at)
  • Materials - use 365 excel sheet (LINK HERE) to indicate materials needed 
  • Sponsored Travelers - upcoming deadlines for Early Bird, flights
    • Look at Registration report to make sure sponsored travelers are registered (CVENT) and have booked flights (Travel DB)

4. ID Team Meeting with Jeff E. 
  • Thursday, April 20 - NSB will touch base with Jeff beforehand about what we need to have prepared; hoping for overview of strategic plan and priorities for ID Team
5. Communications Needs
  • NSB meeting with Jeremy got postponed until this week, if you have anything to add to communication needs that were brainstormed during last week's ID meeting, please let NSB know
