ID Team Meeting - June 12, 2017
- Annual Conference Debrief
- Keep putting comments/questions/issues/kudos into SmartSheet spreadsheet; will do debrief with Program Staff June 13 (short) & June 27 (full)
- NSB will start a spreadsheet on BaseCamp for ID specific comments (https://3.basecamp.com/3164497/buckets/918986/documents/552783451)
- We will debrief business meeting at upcoming ID Team meeting - Position Statement Process discussions
- Elections Update - down to Scott Lindquist and Rich Danilla
- Chair Roles, Responsibilities, Expectations - Start orientation document based on SOP orientation & EB orientation
- In interim - case-by-case determination for approvals (assessments, letters, etc)
- Reminder about goals - keep working on them and log progress in BambooHR
- Goals should be done by June 30
- Performance reviews to be scheduled through July - must be completed by July 31
- Next window for peer evaluations will be in July
