ID Team Meeting Monday - 10/16

  • Deadlines:
    • EB updates: COB 10/17, Nicole to send to Rich
      • If you've developed project plan visuals (the colorful bubble maps), lets send to Rich?  It might be nice for him to have before the EB meeting, but we don't have to send those on the 18th)
    • One pagers for APHA
    • APRs - due NOON on 10/25 in JOIN
      • pdfs in 365, schedule time on Nicole's calendar
    • CO budget revisions - as needed (will be a priority for November, unless an emergency)
  • Y5 technical responses and budget revisions - by Oct 25 in SmartSheet
  • ID Steering Committee Call - Subcommittee updates
    • Will be round-robin of subcommittee updates, displayed on PPT
    • Talk with chairs to confirm updates - can use EB updates to start with
  • Fiscal Friday
    • ID was last Friday - look on M: Drive for reports 
    • Food/HAI will be next Friday (10/20)
  • AMD workshop/meeting will not be happening this year - removed from Food Budgets
