1. Time Management Debrief
- Overall – Really liked it! Helpful and applicable
- Key takeaways:
- Have an agenda and purpose for meeting – apply to internal meetings (even if standing agenda?)
- If miscommunication via e-mail, don't be afraid to call!
- Reiterate what was discussed, action items either send via email or recap verbally
- Assign tasks and action items for meetings, deadlines for accountability
- Prioritization – discuss together as tasks are determined
- No agenda, no meeting?
- Retain some open discussion in Monday ID Meetings
- Promote more physical activity during meetings – standing meetings/walking meetings?
- Sharing best practices for time management for subcommittee/external interactions/management
- Ability to say NO – needs to be a cultural commitment, empowering if understand priorities and opportunities to say NO
- Understanding how you spend your time, and how much time tasks take (reality vs. expected)
- Being aware of tasks with other staff contingencies with special consideration
- Urgent/Important Matrix – Make an example matrix for Team (CSTE)

2. Basecamp:
- Automatic Check-ins – NSB testing these out
- Try to use for ID work
- Nicole’s To-Do list – things NSB needs to review/approve
- Nicole to respond, acknowledge emails when received, even if passing up chain for approval
- Productivity List – feel free to add/share
- Pomodoro Timers
- Noisli (spelling?)
3. APRS
- Should be complete - NSB will reach out if there are any issues/questions
- JL and DS will be reaching out for Y2 and Y3 completion as needed
- Budgets
- Carryover budgets – Start thinking about what you want to carryover
- How do we know how much $$ is in our budgets?
- Discuss 1-on-1 with NSB
- Check amounts in Fortis, Travel DB, or QuickBooks
- QuickBooks training is coming, will not solve all issues
- If you haven't already, send NSB budget numbers to share with MarySue for pre-set queries
