At our last meeting on 12.14.20 we decided to bring an external consultant on board.
CSTE has worked with external consultants in the past to help develop toolkits and draft sections and chapters for guidance documents. James has also worked with external consultants on international projects.
Ashley will follow up with CSTE to clarify whether the budget for the consultant will include helping develop the content and/or technical editing and graphic design and then the Working Group can aid with developing the job position details (e.g. request a science/flu background...).

2/8/21: Ashley will be submitting a RFP for an external consultant. Once this is approved, the job will be posted on a number of listservs such as CSTE and NASPHV. The earliest we expect hiring on a consultant is April, but due to COVID-19, it will probably take longer.
