In the budget we supposedly have a rather large amount of funding ($12,600.00) that was for "Statewide Mosquito Education and Outreach Activities - Environmental Health Specialists" under M1: West Nile and Other Arboviral. According to a question I asked Benita on 11/7/18  about how much monies had been spent on the CDC tick training, she said it was only $1540.65 which theoretically would leave us with $11059.35. This would be more than enough to cover the expense of the GIS training ($495.00 per person). I'd say we need an updated budget / project outline to know if we actually have access to these funds.
