I spoke with FL Dept of Revenue and we will have to pay 7% sales tax on T-shirts we sell in FL.  They sent us the form we will need to submit by July 20th after the conference.

As noted above, we will have to collect sales tax on the T-shirt sales and submit taxes to FL Dept of Revenue by the 20th of the month following the conference (7/20/18).
