Thank you Jessica! This is helpful. I did have a constructive conversation with my mentor and she helped me reframe some of it as well. Do you know if there is list of questions based on categories? I did take it myself, but honestly couldn't remember details of the questions! I ask because I think having a list of questions provides insight in interpretation and may help with making actionable change. I also understand and recognize need to balance detail with keeping the big 'take-aways' from the summary.
