Includes comments/feedback from Meredith Lichtenstein during the first round of CSTE National Office review AND Meredith tried to strike through all travel and HAI related details.

Suggestion: read thoroughly and come prepared to next call with things you would like to change. I also suggest focusing on Sections 6 and 7 (Case Ascertainment and Case Classification) because those changes will affect the info you include in your background and justification sections.
