Hi All,

I've uploaded a very drafty SOP on unmatched addresses.  

I came up with these rules for myself when I was working through the geocoding phase of a recent project, because we didn't have anything codified in my group.  It is perhaps a little biased toward finding a geocoding match.

I hope this stimulates some discussion and perhaps helps us create a larger SOP on geocoding,
