I would also like clarification on how the S/N/O logic works within the same column because I think it works a little differently than epi's are used to on the position statement. For example, is this an accurate statement: “N” may be present without any “O” specification, but an “O” may not be present without “N” being specified to meet the requirement for reporting? I don't think this statement is accurate after some discussions I had with Gib a long while ago, and it would be good to discuss so we can appropriately assist our SMEs in completing the logic.
